About Us

Established in 2004 and formally incorporated in 2008, Hill McManus Ltd is an experienced private training provider specialising in Partnerships with FE Colleges, Charities and Councils.

We work with the employed, the unemployed, the hard to reach, and those facing redundancy or recently made redundant. We deliver these courses either in local offices, community venues, on site at a workplace or at our own training facilities.

We deliver RQF Qualifications as approved for funding including non-regulated qualifications, achieving in excess of 95% qualification success rates.  Retention of learners sits at 98%.  We have strong links with Jobcentre Plus and Work Provider stakeholders including links to Employers. We have National Coverage.

We are constantly evolving what we offer to meet the changing needs of the job market. We offer full-cost as well as funded training, to be able to reach the widest number of people possible

Being Matrix Accredited and DWP approved we ensure our provision is of the highest quality. The relationships we have with Jobcentre Plus stakeholders lends itself well to well attended courses that meet the individual needs of the learners.

Our direct claims status and robust assessment and quality assurance procedures provide the learners with their qualification pass quickly to facilitate a high impact change to their employment chances.
